Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, certificates, and the original invoice.

  • Customized, engraved, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Any damage, alteration, or signs of wear after delivery will make the item ineligible for return.

Return Process

  2. Approval:
    Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll share the return address and pickup instructions.

  3. Ship Back the Item:
    Please ensure the jewellery is packed securely to prevent damage during transit.

  4. Inspection:
    Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality inspection. We’ll then update you about your refund status.

Refund Process

  • Once the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or bank transfer).

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • If your purchase was made under a discount or promotional offer, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Exchange Policy

  • You may exchange your item for another product of the same or higher value within 7 days of delivery.

  • The new product will be shipped once the returned item passes inspection and is approved for exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized, engraved, or custom-designed jewellery.

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance events.

  • Gift cards and digital vouchers.
